About Cobey

Cobey Shaver became passionate about the written word at an early age. A love of Edgar Allen Poe was kindled in fifth grade. He pursued the author voraciously thereafter. That same year he discovered Stephen King and Anne Rice. These experiences fueled an interest in the thriller and horror genres.

Cobey was a contributor to the Lubbock Metro-Leader and LubbocksBest.com. These experiences gave him his first taste of publication.

He is currently at work on a Creative Writing degree at Southern New Hampshire University and hopes to pursue a fiction writing career.
